Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though clean and spacious, were very basic and quite old, making it extremely loud due to poorly closing windows. However, the hotel is right on the Nile, offering a beautiful view. The service was friendly and attentive, with Raefat going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The location was bustling on the waterfront, providing easy access to transport and landmarks. Dining was acceptable but lacked variety typical of midrange hotels in Egypt. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks but with good value for money.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and offered a wonderful view of the Nile from small balconies. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was convenient, close to the water and within walking distance of key attractions. The dining experience was satisfying, though it could have offered more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit dated, but very clean and quaint, offering great views of the Nile. The service was excellent, especially in organizing trips ahead of time. The location was a bit noisy due to its riverbank position but convenient for exploring Aswan. The dining options were good for Egypt. The facilities were satisfactory.
